WW70 shiitakes

WW70 shiitake

Despite its lack of an evocative name, the WW70 shiitake really came through for us this week. Temperatures dropping into the mid-40s in the recent past set the logs off into a heavy flush. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your style of blogging. It's enough detail to get me started with some of my own projects that I've been meaning to get to but just haven't had time to research. The mushroom stuff is great. Thanks for doing what you do. Tish
