The Walden Effect: Farming, simple living, permaculture, and invention.

Temporary adjustment of blogging interval

Will the WaldenEffect blog continue when we move North?

Thanks for asking and thank you for reading and telling a friend.

Yes. We plan to blog about starting from zero and building our new homestead when we move to Athens Ohio within the next month.

In the meantime we will cut back to one post per day until we move and get settled and have something more substantial to share.

So exciting. Can't wait to read all about it.

Would you consider selling the blog with the farm? It sounds weird but there are hundreds of "Homesteader Mike and Lisa" channels popping up on youtube everyday, a demand exists and this blog has value. Or maybe it would feel like selling an organ. It would be interesting to see what the next owners do to the farm and I'm excited about your new adventure, Thank you for sharing.

I like the idea of someone paying us a chunk of money to adopt the WaldenEffect brand and the Search Engine power of the blog.

Stay tuned for a blog post on this subject.

Personally I think the name should stay with the property,I live vicariously through your writings,I will never have property again but I would enjoy continuing with your adventures in your new place. Good Luck to you both.
