I'be used the same tripod (branded Ravelli) for several years. They work great for the money.

we got this one for 120 dollars, but noticed it went up to 130 a week later.

New tripod
Wow...looks very nice. Might be overkill if just taking photos but if taking videos, you'll find it invaluable. Hey, when are you guys gonna start making video tutorials? There's gold in them thar hills.
