Zimmy --- Yeah, that sounds like it could cost not just an arm and a leg but maybe two of each.
Eric --- This one we're adding is for the stove and we'll be doing one for the minisplit soon. There actually was wiring for the hot water heater (although I had to change it to a new breaker to accommodate the one we bought). Learning a lot about electricity in the process!
