Calling the Harbor
Freight tech support line was a joke. No real person to talk to and
a frustrating phone tree that just directs folks to the website. The
only way to communicate a problem seems to be through email. They claim
response time should be between 24 and 48 hours, but I'm going on the
third day with no help.
Call again. When you get the phone tree press zero, keep pressing zero to interrupt the computer causing it to transfer you to a real human...:o)
If it is one of those "talking" computers that asks you questions your answer should only be "representative please" until you confuse the poor creature and it transfers you to a human.
When you finally get a human politely force action to be taken. Hope this helps. Works for me all the time...:o)
Aaarrrrgh! That is soooo frustratiing when it happens.... I bet you will hear something on Monday... Good luck!
