Enough greens to fill
your steamer. We prefer swiss chard in summer and collards in
winter, but any greens will work
Balsamic
Vinegar
Remove any large stems
(but this is best with baby greens which don't need you to remove their
stems.) Steam greens until soft. Put in a bowl and add
balsamic vinegar.
