Gingerbread
- 0.5 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 0.5 c. molasses
- 0.5 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 0.5 tsp. baking soda
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- 1.5 tsp. ginger
Preaheat oven to 350
F. Soften butter in the microwave. Add sugar, molasses,
sour cream, and eggs and mix well. Add flour, baking powder,
baking soda, salt, and ginger and mix well. Spread into a greased
9X13" pan and bake until moist but a knife comes out clean.
