2 to 3 c. whole
french filet beans (our favorite variety is Masai)
4 cloves garlic,
diced
oil
salt and pepper to
taste
Steam beans until they
begin to get soft. Then saute in oil with garlic until a few are
turning dark brown and rest are very soft. Add salt and pepper to
taste.
Serves 2 as a side dish.
