Well, not quite everyone
I should have been clearer. Everything Mark says goes, but this time everyone who helps wins rather than one winner being drawn out of a hat. And promotion can be as simple as you like --- even just telling one friend who you think might like the books. (By the way, my email address is anna@kitenet.net.
