Battery powered chainsaw field test

40 volt battery powered chainsaw review

Anna has been researching battery powered chainsaws and somehow arranged for the nice people at Oregon tools to send us a complimentary review chainsaw to drive around the block a few times.

The first test will have to wait till the massive 40 volt battery charges up.

Stay tuned to see how long the battery lasts and what kinds of firewood it can handle.

Just something un natural about a silent saw. I live for the scent of two stroke oil smoke and the scream of a two stroke saw roaring away biting in to some hardwood. Memories of working with my dad in my teenage years!

Seriously good luck with the free trial saw, but if it works out we will have no more posts from Mark about fixing mechanical things, and I will be sad. :(
